What is the difference between music tones and polyphonic ringtones?
Polyphonic ringtones play a programmed version of a song through a small synthesizer chip on your phone to get the various instrument sounds. They mimic multiple instruments in the song to produce a semi-realistic representation of the song. "Music tone" refers to master music tones. Master music tones are a new ringtone format for some mobile phone models. They allow a clip or sample of the actual recording of a song to be played as an alert or ring on your phone.

What are voice and sound ringtones?
Voice ringtones are sound clips with people talking. Sound ringtones are sound effect clips. When formatted for your phone, you can use them to notify you when you receive a call just like you would another type of ringtone.

Does my phone need to be Internet enabled to get features?

How do I download a game?

Why did my game not arrive?
It can take up to several minutes for your game to arrive. Make sure that your phone is compatible to download this feature, that text messaging and the Internet is enabled and that the connection is available at the time of download. If the download failed to work, you may be in a subsection of a carrier that we cannot reach, or the carrier's network is busy.

How do I know when I have received a game?

My game arrived but I receive an error message when I try to download?
First of all, your carrier network may have been temporarily unavailable, so try waiting one hour from the time you initially received the message, then try to "load" the game again. If the download it still unsuccessful, you may need to check your phone's "memory" availability and delete all unnecessary items which may slow the download. (The games are large files that require a considerable amount of memory space on your mobile phone, so deleting other games and/or messages may be necessary to make space available on your phone's memory and allow the download). You can check your User Manual for details on your phone's memory and its limitations.

The game I downloaded works, but it runs slowly and sometimes crashes. What's the deal?
This occurs because your phone lacks memory. Without enough free memory, occasional errors can occur while playing the game. You can delete old games, ring tones or even screen graphics to give your phone extra memory accessibility.

Billing

Will I be charged for downloads that are not completed?
No, you will only be billed for ringtones and images that have successfully downloaded to your phone.

Can I get a refund if I do not like my ringtone?
Sorry, we only offer refunds on technical issues that we cannot resolve for the consumer. Make sure to utilize our ringtone preview option to be sure that you will be satisified with your purchase.

In addition to the cost of the product, does it cost money or airtime to download the product?
Most wireless carriers bill in increments of kilobytes (KB) for data usage, not minutes. This means that you are only billed for the data you send or receive through the network. See your operator's terms and conditions for how data sessions are billed in your plan.

I bought a ringtone/wallpaper, but nothing was sent to my phone. Will I still be charged?
No. Your account is only charged once you receive the actual ringtone/wallpaper on your phone. After you select "buy", the transaction is not applied until you receive the second message on your phone confirming that you got the download.

What is a Coupon Code?
A coupon code is a code you may have been given at an event or through an online or print promotion for free or discounted mobile content. If you don't have a coupon code, just continue with the normal buy process. If you do have a coupon code, be sure to enter it in the coupon code space on the buy page before hitting "buy". But remember that some coupon codes expire or are only good for certain items; the price that is shown in the confirmation text message you receive is the price you will be billed after your download is complete.
